When it all comes into focus.

Established in 2016, the Piramal Art Residency is a unique artist led platform for emerging artists in India. Over the course of 20 residencies or cycles, PAR has given select artists a unique opportunity to explore and develop work around a diverse range of themes. Working closely with the team at Piramal Art Foundation we designed a publication that brought these works together, both as document of the platform’s milestones and as a signpost for future directions.

The book is wrapped in a sleeve that features a custom designed multi-colour pattern that on closer viewing reveals a glimpse of the artists’ workspace in Thane, Mumbai. A catalogue of all the work produced is book-ended by essays about the programmes from senior staff and curators.
